I was so surprised when I received an email from one of my 2015 brides, Samantha letting me know about a little change in their wedding plans. I had shot her and Kasey’s engagement session this past September and wasn’t expecting to hear from her until early next year! Her and Kasey had been going through their pre-marriage classes at church and realized that they didn’t want to wait any longer to become husband and wife. Their faith journey had moved them to live for now and not to wait to become husband and wife! I was elated for them and also a little panicked. Not to worry she said, we are still having our wedding next summer but we are having a small, intimate ceremony with just our immediate family in a few weeks! Phew, sigh of relief! And I was available for their small ceremony! Needless to say I was thrilled that they had decided to exchange vows early but also that I got to be a part of it! Kasey and Samantha exchanged vows and rings at Victory Family Church in Cranberry Township and then celebrate with their family later that day. Since their large wedding will be next June, it was so fun to get a few outdoor shots in the winter time, especially since it had snowed that morning! Samantha and Kasey, I was beyond honored to be a part of this day in your lives and am so glad that you decided to include me! I can’t wait for your wedding next June!
